Cole’s Auto Repair & Service is expanding and looking for an experienced A or strong B-level Automotive Technician to join our growing independent repair shop.
We are not a chain store and we are not a production shop that pushes unnecessary work. We focus on accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.

What We’re Looking For.
We’re searching for a technician who can confidently handle most vehicle repairs independently, including:
- Engine performance diagnostics.
- Check engine light diagnostics.
- Electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Steering and suspension repair.
- Brake system diagnosis and repair.
- Cooling system repairs.
- HVAC diagnosis and repair.
- Engine repair and replacement.
- Timing chains, timing belts, and drivability concerns.
- General maintenance and inspection work when needed.
Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just replacing parts).
- Able to use scan tools, wiring diagrams, and service information effectively.
- Understands proper testing procedures before recommending repairs.
- Takes pride in clean, accurate, comeback-free work.
- Maintains professional attitude and works well with a team.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- ASE certifications are a plus, but experience matters more.
