About the Job
Cole’s Auto Repair & Service is expanding and looking for an experienced A or strong B-level Automotive Technician to join our growing independent repair shop.

We are not a chain store and we are not a production shop that pushes unnecessary work. We focus on accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.

What We’re Looking For.
We’re searching for a technician who can confidently handle most vehicle repairs independently, including:
  • Engine performance diagnostics.
  • Check engine light diagnostics.
  • Electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Steering and suspension repair.
  • Brake system diagnosis and repair.
  • Cooling system repairs.
  • HVAC diagnosis and repair.
  • Engine repair and replacement.
  • Timing chains, timing belts, and drivability concerns.
  • General maintenance and inspection work when needed.

Ideal candidate:
  • 5+ years professional automotive repair experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic ability (not just replacing parts).
  • Able to use scan tools, wiring diagrams, and service information effectively.
  • Understands proper testing procedures before recommending repairs.
  • Takes pride in clean, accurate, comeback-free work.
  • Maintains professional attitude and works well with a team.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • ASE certifications are a plus, but experience matters more.
