Cole’s Auto Repair & Service is expanding and looking for an experienced A or strong B-level Automotive Technician to join our growing independent repair shop.

We are not a chain store and we are not a production shop that pushes unnecessary work. We focus on accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving difficult problems, and want to work in a shop that values skilled technicians, we’d like to talk with you.

What We’re Looking For.
We’re searching for a technician who can confidently handle most vehicle repairs independently, including:

Engine performance diagnostics.
Check engine light diagnostics.
Electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Steering and suspension repair.
Brake system diagnosis and repair.
Cooling system repairs.
HVAC diagnosis and repair.
Engine repair and replacement.
Timing chains, timing belts, and drivability concerns.
General maintenance and inspection work when needed.

Ideal candidate:

5+ years professional automotive repair experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic ability (not just replacing parts).
Able to use scan tools, wiring diagrams, and service information effectively.
Understands proper testing procedures before recommending repairs.
Takes pride in clean, accurate, comeback-free work.
Maintains professional attitude and works well with a team.
Valid driver’s license required.
ASE certifications are a plus, but experience matters more.
